Our secret stash (off the menu)! Top to bottom: Gyokuro (Japan), Genmaicha (Japan), Darjeeling First Flush (India). Local tea lovers, if you haven’t tried these rare and unique teas yet we highly encourage you to do so. Gyokuro is a very high grade, carefully processed Japanese green tea with a slightly sweet and vegetal taste. Genmaicha is a classic Japanese green blended with toasted brown rice, an excellent accompaniment to our Japanese salad! And Darjeeling First Flush is a rare black tea from India with green tea qualities and a very unique and refreshing taste, excellent for mornings (or anytime, really). Don’t be shy, go ahead and ask us for the good stuff.
